How do I book a room?

At the booking menu, select your intended check-in & checkout date, room quantity and numbers of adult and child guests.

Then click on ‘Check Availability’ button to start search for room availability and rate for your intended date.

Select your room type by click on the ‘Book Now’ button on the selected room row. The price shown is total room price. To see the pricing breakdown, move your mouse over to the price.

Enter your details required and should you need any additional request, just select it from the list or enter at the box provided. Tick on the Terms & Condition tick box to proceed.

Check thru all your booking at the reservation summary. Once done, select your mode of payment and click ‘Pay Now’.

Please be informed that the payment service for this hotel is provided by 3^rd parties payment gateway vendor, iPay88 (http://www.ipay88.com).

Once your room is booked, you will receive an email confirmation from the hotel. Print it out and bring this room confirmation to check in.


Can I book online and pay upon check in?

No. When you booked online, you have to pay immediately. This is because our online rooms are very limited and the pricing is a discounted pricing. Paying immediately after booking will also secure your room booking.

What type of payment received?

We able to receive booking payment via major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) & local bank transfers.

Is my online payment safe?

Of course. Our online payment service is provided by one of Malaysia best online payment gateway, iPay88 (http://www.ipay88.com).

Does my booking confirmed?

Yes, provided you have made the payment after your book online. Once you have made payment, you will be receiving and email on the room confirmation. 

How do I cancel my booking?

In order to cancel your online booking, you have to call our hotel at +60.82.285500. Please provide your name or booking number to facilitate the cancelation process. There is no refund for all online room cancellation.

Do I get refund if I no show?

No. We will not refund you if you no show. 

Does my information safe?

You can rest assure that your information is safe with us. We will not sell or distribute your information to any 3rd parties without your consent.

How do I get frequent updates from this hotel?
Our hotel will provide our very best customer service to everyone. Should you like our hotel, please enter your name and email address at the `Newsletter Subscription` box. We will be sending you exclusive great offers, promotions and updates on our hotel.

1. "RM" denotes Ringgit Malaysia.
2. "Room" means the whole accommodation per room type.
3. Rates offered are strictly for internet booking only.
4. Rates quoted are Nett, inclusive of 5 % government tax. 
5. Rates are based on the current government taxation policy. In the event of any changes, The Hotel reserves the right to amend the room rates accordingly to reflect the new tax rate gazette by the Malaysian Government.
6. Rates quoted are for each room type only, with a maximum occupancy of two adults per room types.
7. The above rates quoted are EXCLUDED with breakfast.
8. Normal rates are applicable during eves of public holidays.
9. Official check in time is 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Extension of late check out is subject to room availability. 
10. While The Hotel will try to ensure that the information provided in the web site is correct and accurate, it is however not responsible for any unintentional mistakes or errors made in it.
11. The internet reservation will be considered null and void if the information provided by the guest is incorrect. The Hotel reserves the right not to accept the reservation in any event that the reservation made is deemed fraudulent in nature.
12. All rates are accorded at the discretion of The Hotel and are subject to change without advance notice.
13. All rates must be paid in full when a booking is made. In the event the rate has not been paid in full for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
14. There will be NO REFUNDS for all internet bookings and reservations.
15. You will hereby acknowledge and agree that your personal data has been given to us for the purposes of securing room bookings, and providing you with confirmation of the said booking, accounting and billing, checking credit or other payment cards, credit card payments, administrative and legal purposes (if any), statistical analysis and helping us in any future dealings with you. For these purposes, by entering into these accommodation reservations with us, you authorize us to retain and use your personal data within our own offices, authorized agents, government agencies, third party associates and other hoteliers.
16. You are solely responsible for obtaining all your valid travel and health documents to and from Malaysia. The Hotel will not be responsible in any way if you are unable to come to stay with us as a result of non compliance of your travel arrangements with the relevant immigration or health authorities.
17. All Malaysian citizens are required to produce their identity cards (IC) or valid passports upon check in. All foreigners (non-Malaysian citizens) must produce their valid international passports upon check in.
18. Reservation and Date Change Policy
    * A non refundable administrative fee of Thirty ringgit (RM 30.00) per room per night will be imposed for any changes in the reservation
      bookings.
    * All Reservation changes (including upgrades) are subject to room availability.
    * Reservation changes are not allowed within 48 hours of check in date.
    * All reservation changes are only valid within 30 days of the original reservation date. Any changes beyond the 30 days expiry date are 
      deemed to be cancelled.
19. Any rights to damages arising from complaints shall be extinguished if an action is not brought against us within one (1) month from the date of departure from The Hotel.
20. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the conditions related to the acceptance of reservations, as well as the prices published on the website without prior notice.

6.1     By joining the the Hotel email update service, you expressed your irrevocably consent for us to contact you via email to inform you of our latest updates, products and services. If you do not wish to remain a subscriber, you are able to remove your details from the subscriptions list via our website or email Unsubscribe Link.

6.2     From time-to-time the Hotel may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys or contests on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (e.g. name and address,contact number).

6.3     We use this information to update contest participants, notify contest winners, and award prizes and improve the site experience for our Customers where information would be collected in anonymous survey basis.

7.3     For security reasons, your credit card number is not saved. You must type the credit card number each time you make a purchase.
